Arched structure in laminated wood

Since 1977 we have been leaders in the design, production, and building of arched structures in laminated wood, for sports and industrial facilities, fairs, and events.

The structures in laminated wood are assembled to optimize the preparation, transport, and assembly phases on site.

The arches, according to transport needs, can be made in two or more sections assembled on-site at the work site, they are anchored to the plinths or curb through the interposition of steel plates which allows the spreading of the load.

The structural elements in laminated wood are produced by a factory in possession of the Type A gluing certificate for large structures issued by the Otto Graff Institute in Stuttgart following DIN standards. The material is certified according to ISO 9001.

Arched iron structure

Since 1977 we have been leaders in the design, production, and construction of arched iron structures for sports and industrial facilities, fairs, and events.

The arches are placed 5 meters away from each other. The arches consist of pylons made of box-shaped tubes welded with special couplings for assembly.

These couplings allow a quick and precise assembly of the pylons to the spherical joints, the connection between the different arch segments is made using bolts, to allow a possible rapid disassembly of the entire work.

In the lower part of the arch, there is a plate anchoring to the foundation bolt, and at the top of the arch, there are welded various outputs necessary for anchoring the braces and horizontal currents.
